Library Membership details

G P Birla LIBRARY ANNUAL AND LIFE MEMBERS 

Annual membership fees is Rs 2500/-

Every member who takes an annual membership will be allowed to visit the Birla Planetarium, Science museum and G P Birla Observatory free once. (For two persons)

They will be in the mailing list and he will be invited for all the programs or events that are conducted during the one year.

Life member ship fee is Rs 8000/- and for senior citizens it is Rs 5,000/- 

All the life members with their family of friends up to 4 members will be allowed to visit the Birla Planetarium, Science museum and G P Birla Observatory once a year.

They will be included in the mailing list and will be invited for all programs or events that are conducted from time to time.

 The G P Birla Centre supports infrastructure that allows multi-dimensional activities like Education and Research.

A world class library (G P Birla Library) is located on the first floor of G P Birla Centre, with a vast collection of books which is treasure trove for avid readers.

This Library has exclusive collection of books on varied subjects such as Art, Archaeology, Architecture, Religion, Culture, History, Indology and also other subjects like Iconography, Numismatics and Museology. A large collection of books on Ivory, glass, Jade and Porcelain can also be browsed through by readers. You will also find Dictionaries and Encyclopedias.

The uniqueness of this library is that it houses books of interest for every age that is from students to research scholars to retired persons who will find books of their interest.

Built on the historic Naubat Pahad next to the B.M. Birla Planetarium, you will love the serene and quite atmosphere with the classy ambiance away from the pollution and noise of the city of Hyderabad.
